I know you were frustrated when you send the email, so I understand venting about the Diana thing and the dip. I wasn't tracking your phone, and I have quit dipping for the most part but still buy it occasionally. And I didn't read the email with the attention it warranted.
It's ok if you don't trust the changes yet. You asked for them for a long time, and it's probably normal to be hesitant.
But I trust the changes, and know I'm a different person now. That's what's important, because although I started this process for you, somewhere along the way I decided it was a better way of life and did it for me.
I hope you can see and trust the changes, but I'm also aware of the fact that that may never happen.
The growth is not perfect or immediate, but it is sincere. I will probably skim emails, get frustrated, or do things to upset you in the future. I can't promise I won't. But I can promise that I'll always give my all to correct whatever I did wrong with tangible actions and changes.
I'm a work in progress, and always will be.
